I believe fiercely in the power of therapy to help individuals heal from unhealthy patterns and beliefs that negatively impact their lives and may be keeping them stuck. There is healing to be found in the use of compassionate care and evidence-based tools to create sustainable change.

Individual Counseling
Life is hard. Loss is inevitable. And sometimes love hurts. Sometimes you find yourself facing difficult emotions and it’s okay to ask for help. You don’t have to navigate the waters alone.

IFS
IFS refers to the idea that we have many “parts” within ourselves. Much like a family system comprised of different dynamics and relationship complexities, our parts can cause conflict within our system. IFS focuses on healing the wounded parts and restoring balance and harmony to our system by changing the dynamics that create conflict among our parts.

EMDR
Living with deep emotional and psychological pain and trauma can be paralyzing and distressing. EMDR therapy helps by allowing the brain to process trauma and return to its natural healing process rather than focusing on changing emotions, thoughts, or behaviors.
